Since the inception of Santiniketan Polytechnic in the year 2016, we have been striving to excel in the field of academic as well as training & placement. The institute organizes various programmesto enhance the skills of students which includes special coaching by in-house faculties& externals as well.
The prime duty of Training & Placement Cell is to arrange training/internship for the students in relevant industries. Industry-Institute Interaction is also organized where several industry experts interact with the students, faculty and staff through lectures, seminars and workshops and exchange their views about the various developments and requirements of the industries.
The success of student as well as Institute is manifested successfully only when a student is placed in an industry. Santiniketan Polytechnic lays a special emphasis on the same and has placed 29 students in 2nd year itself of its operations. Training & Placement Cell will be aiming to place our maximum number of students industry by nurturing our students with academic as well as practical knowledge & by inviting different companies & industries.
Introduction of PLC, CNC& Soil Testing lab has also been planned which would add an extra technical essence to our institution.
